The Great Virtual Experiment goes on!

Guess I may be in the wrong place once again. BUT – it was simple to arrive here.  This still could be a place to keep all of my “rants” and daily discoveries needing to be in a place of reference for future reference.

More than fair and probably a simple fix feature by getting in touch with the CSS. Wish there was an option to just add items to the side. Used to have the “side-bar” portion to click to in other WordPress areas that I’ve used.  UPDATE: The WordPress FAQ tells you to use the “blogroll” feature for this!

I’d also like to turn off this text tool and go back to the original 1.5 – - usually there’s an option to do that – but not here. I like to add hspace and vspace around my pictures – this (even in html) won’t allow that and lacks some other appearance flexibility. Some how just good for words.

Biggest wishes are for a space somewhere in “blogdum” where you can pay monthly – have a mysql database, 2,000 megs of space, 5,000 megs bandwidth and Fantastico – WordPress option – - nothing else.  All spaces either charge yearly – have too many “bells and whistles,” don’t have an “auto-pilot” blog system, or not enough storage. It’s truly confusing. UPDATE: The WordPress FAQ also tells you where to find WordPress specific hosting.

I think that a great number of people just want to be able to blog without massive “tech” experience and have a place to store everything that may be part of that blog!  Wish such a place existed.
